    BeeAPro S.r.l. (hereinafter "BeeAPro" or "Controller") is the company that determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

    Account Data: When you create an account as a Trainer or Trainee, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and password.

    Profile Data: You may choose to provide additional information for your public profile (especially for Trainers), such as a photo, bio, and links to websites or social profiles.

    Educational Content: If you are a Trainer, we collect all content you upload, including sources (slides, documents, videos) and courses generated through the Platform.

    Note on Ownership: All materials you upload and courses you generate ("Educational Content") remain your exclusive intellectual property. You have the right to request their download (portability) or deletion at any time, in accordance with your GDPR rights.

    Payment Data: To process purchases (Trainees) or payouts (Trainers), we collect transaction-related data such as credit card or bank account details. This data is securely managed by our payment processing partners.

    Communications: We collect information you provide when contacting our customer support or communicating with us.

    B. Data collected automatically

    Usage Data: We collect information on how you interact with our Services, such as enrolled courses, progress, quiz responses, time spent on the Platform, and features used.

    Technical Data: We collect data about your device and software, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and crash logs.

    Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies to personalize your experience and for analytics. For more details, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

    C. Data received from third parties

    Third-Party Services: If you register via third-party services (e.g., Google, LinkedIn), we may receive information associated with that account (name, email) based on your privacy settings on that service.

    D. Data provided by Partner Companies/Clients

    Corporate Data: When a company signs up for "Teams" or "Enterprise" plans, we collect company information, administrator contact details, and billing data.

    Employee Data (Trainee): The company administrator provides the necessary data to create accounts for their employees (typically name, last name, and corporate email).

    3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

    We process your personal data lawfully and transparently based on the following legal grounds:

    Service Provision (Contract Performance - Art. 6.1.b GDPR):
    To manage accounts, provide access to content, process payments, and send technical notifications.
    Improvement and Personalization (Legitimate Interest - Art. 6.1.f GDPR):
    To analyze usage patterns, develop new features, and suggest relevant courses.
    Marketing (Consent - Art. 6.1.a GDPR):
    To send newsletters and special offers. You may withdraw consent at any time via the "unsubscribe" link.
    Security and Legal Compliance (Legal Obligation / Legitimate Interest - Art. 6.1.c/f GDPR):
    To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, and comply with tax/legal obligations.

    4. Data Sharing

    We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

    Other Users:
    Trainer profile info is public. Individual Trainee progress may be shared with the specific course Trainer.
    Corporate Administrators (B2B):
    If your account is provided by your employer, your organization's administrator will have access to your usage data (progress, completion rates, quiz results) to monitor training programs.
    Third-Party Service Providers (Data Processors):
    Including payment processors (e.g., Stripe), cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), and analytics services.
    Legal Authorities:
    When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
